We’re not looking for someone who knows how to manage a content calendar. We’re looking for someone who actually cares about what we’re building and wants to be the reason people find out about it.

ProjectU is a community and programme that helps students stop overthinking and start moving, on their ambitions, their habits, and their lives. We’ve run 11 workshops, had 400+ students through our sessions, and built something real from scratch. Now we need someone to tell that story.

What you’ll do

You’re the engine behind how ProjectU shows up online. That means:

Running our Instagram: content, captions, strategy, consistency
Building our LinkedIn presence (universities, partners, institutions)
Writing copy that sounds like us: direct, peer-level, honest
Turning what we do into content worth watching and sharing
Working closely with our designer on visuals and with Can on strategy

TikTok is coming once Instagram is running. If you want to own that too even better.

Who we’re looking for

You understand what makes someone stop scrolling. You can write a caption that doesn’t sound like every other student org. You’re consistent, not “I’ll post when I feel like it” consistent, but actually reliable.

You’re studying or based in Tilburg and can commit 5–7 hours a week. Experience helps. A real interest in what we’re doing matters more.
