Most student initiatives stay outside the university. We want to get inside — and we need someone who knows how to make that happen.
ProjectU is already embedded in the Tilburg Honors Program. We’ve run workshops with 400+ students, built a pilot programme, and gathered real data on behavioral change. Now we’re ready to grow that institutional footprint — and we need someone to help us open the right doors.
What you’ll do
You’re the bridge between ProjectU and the academic world. That means:
- Mapping and maintaining relationships with university partners, program directors, and student success leads
- Identifying funding routes like grants, subsidies, institutional budgets
- Supporting outreach to decision-makers at TiSEM, TSH, and beyond
- Helping build the credibility case compiling evidence, testimonials, and impact data
- Working closely with Can and Jesse on partnership strategy and institutional positioning
Who we’re looking for
You know how universities work, not just as a student, but how decisions actually get made inside them. You’re comfortable talking to program coordinators, deans, and faculty without losing yourself in the conversation. You’re organised, you follow through, and you don’t need to be told twice.
You’re studying or based in Tilburg and can commit 8–10 hours a week. You believe that student wellbeing and self-leadership belong inside the curriculum — not just offered on the side.
